Description
The Dr. Peter H. Garland Endowed Scholarship is open to full-time undergraduate juniors and seniors in the state of Pennsylvania. You must be majoring in in education or human services in education or human services, must have completed 60 or more credits, demonstrate academic excellence with a GPA of 3.0 or higher and submit a 150-300 word essay addressing the topic provided by the sponsor in order to be eligible for this award.
