Description

The Jamie Bax Memorial Scholarship is open to undergraduate students. You must have been diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis and submit a confirmation of your diagnosis. To be considered for this award, you must be enrolled in or accepted to an accredited junior college, college, university, or trade school, have a 3.0 GPA, submit an be essay on the topic provided by the sponsor, be a U.S citizen and resident of Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
