Description

The Lowell K. Fleenor Memorial Scholarship is open to full-time students at Missouri State University who are music majors. For incoming freshmen, preference is given to students from the following high schools respectively: West Plains (West Plains, MO); Houston (Houston,MO); or Salem (Salem, MO). Returning students must have maintained an overall GPA of 3.0 to qualify for this award.
