NextGen Latino Leadership Program

Description

The NextGen Latino Leadership Program is available to current 10th and 11th grade high school Latino students who are interested in learning more about civic engagement. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need. Through this all-expenses paid leadership experience, you will spend a week exploring Washington, DC, attend civic engagement and leadership workshops, learn about the legislative process, and build life-long friendships. You will be joined by other high school sophomores and juniors from across the country. Together, you will gain a better understanding of top issues that face the Latino community, learn how to be leaders, and how you can create change and make your voices heard.
