Description
The Roshan Rahbari Scholarship is available to California residents currently enrolled in community college who plan to transfer to a four-year college for the following fall term. To be considered for this award, you must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, demonstrate financial need, and be involved with service to community or school. Additionally, you should exhibit character qualities such as integrity, compassion, and generosity.
