Description
The Anne C. Chapman Scholarship is open to high school seniors and undergraduate students. You must be a minority student in the field of nursing, including public administration, have a minimum 2.75 GPA , be a U.S. Citizen and submit a 500 -750 word essay on the topic provided by the sponsor in order to be eligible for this award.
