Description

The John Jay Fetzer Memorial Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors. You must be currently enrolled as an O'Connor Institute Ambassador who has participated in the 2024-2025 program and attended a minimum of two meetings, be a U.S. Citizen, and submit an essay of no more than 1,000 words on the topic "Data show that a significant portion of American youth feel disconnected from traditional civics education and skeptical about its relevance to their lives. Why is this so, and how should the situation be addressed?" in order to be considered for this award.
