Description
The Joseph A. and Rhea M. Jefferies Memorial Scholarship is available to graduates of Stark County high schools. You must have a minimum 2.6 GPA to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students at the University of Akron, Kent State University, Malone College, Mount Union College, Ohio University, Stark State College and Walsh University.
