The McColloch-Baker Insurance Agency Scholarship is available to Piqua High School and Upper Valley Junior Vocational School seniors planning to pursue an associate's or bachelor's degree at an accredited post - secondary college or university in the coming academic year. Selection is based upon financial need, academic ability, community and school service, and recommendations.
