Description
The Citizens 1st Bank/ Perkins Family Foundation State Employees' Children's Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who are the children of employees of the state of Texas. You must be a resident of Cherokee, Nacogdoches, or Smith County to be eligible for this award. You must also be under the age of 22 and have at least a 2.0 high school GPA. Applicants will be judged on their potential for worthy contributions to the community and their moral character, as well as financial need. Preference will be given to first- generation college students and students with the greatest financial need.
