The Delta Gamma Foundation Florence Margaret Harvey Memorial Scholarship is available to legally blind undergraduate and graduate students who are studying rehabilitation and / or education of people who are blind or visually impaired. You must be a U.S. citizen and provide two letters of recommendation to be considered for this award.
