The Helmut O. von Buchler and Hartmut K. von Buchler 4- H Memorial Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Bartholomew County high schools. You must be a 10- year member of the Bartholomew County 4- H Program and or a three- year member of the Bartholomew County 4- H Junior Leaders to be eligible for this award. Financial need will be considered.
