Description
The Myrtle M. and Orvan R. Whitlow Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Kentucky. You must be a Kentucky native, have at least a 3.5 GPA and a minimum 30 composite ACT score. You must also demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
