Description
The Vince Palmer Endowment Scholarship is open to students at Fairmont State who are residents of Monongalia County. You must be a criminal justice major, have a GPA of at least 2.5, and be a U.S. citizen to be considered for this award. Preference will be given to a deputy sheriff and/or immediate family of a deputy sheriff.
