Description
The Earl I. Anderson Scholarship is available to students holding any class amateur radio license who are residents of and attend classes in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, or Florida. You must be majoring in electronic engineering or a related technical field and be an ARRL member to be eligible for this award.
