Description

The Robert Hays and Martha Williams Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen at Arkansas Tech University. You must have graduated from a Pope, Crawford, or Yell County high school and have a minimum "B" average. Additionally, you must have participated in school activities, display citizenship and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award.
