Ford Foundation Dissertation Diversity Fellowship

The Ford Foundation Dissertation Diversity Fellowships are available to U.S. citizens or nationals who are committed to a career in teaching and research at the college or university level. You must be a Ph.D. or Sc.D. candidate who demonstrates superior academic achievement and a commitment to a career in teaching and research at the college or university level. You must also be studying an eligible research - based discipline at a U.S. educational institution. Preference will be given to students who are members of one of the following ethnic minority groups: Alaska Natives (Eskimo/Aleut), Native American Indians, Black / African American, Mexican American / Chicanas / Chicanos, Native Pacific Islanders, and Puerto Ricans.
