Description
The Jo Anne and Charles E. Powell Academic Excellence Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who are residents of the 17 counties served by the San Angelo Area Foundation. You must demonstrate participation in school, church and community activities, outstanding achievement in academics and leadership, and self-discipline, hard work and determination to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students with financial need.
