Description
The James C. Basile Scholarship is available to students at the University of California, Los Angeles who have graduated from a high school in Ventura County. You must have had one or both parents killed or disabled while actively engaged in law enforcement service or in public service as a fire fighter, or be physically or visually impaired or otherwise disabled in order to be considered for this award. Preference is given to students from Simi Valley and Moorpark, CA.
