Description
The Prof. Esperanza Bolivar-Owen Scholarship for Hispanics is available to Hispanic students at Santa Monica College. You must be enrolled for at least nine credit units if your are working or twelve if you are not working. You must also have at least a 2.5 GPA and the recommendation of a faculty member to be eligible for this award. Financial need will also be considered.
