Description
The Ruby Hamilton Henry Scholarship is available to graduating seniors or graduates of Marshall High School. You must plan to major in education at Michigan State University or Western Michigan University. Also, you must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this award. An essay and letter of recommendation are required.
