Description
The Kansas City, Missouri Opportunities Scholarship Fund is available to high school graduates or those with a GED equivalent who are residents of Kansas City, Missouri. You must be pursuing educational opportunities at an accredited or certified college, university, or vocational/technical school. You must be between 17 and 25 years old at the beginning of the scholarship's term. You must also reside in a household which has a total annual income which is eighty percent or less than the median income of Kansas City, Missouri households as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and adjusted for household size to be eligible for this award.
