The Phil and Mary Ester Herget Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at Arkansas State University, College of Business. You must be a resident of Greene County, Arkansas and have a minimum 20 ACT score. In addition, you must be in the upper 20 percent of your high school class to qualify for this award.
