Description
The Richard G. Chichester Memorial Scholarship is available to radio amateurs with at least general class licensure pursuing a Bachelor's degree. You must be a member of the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) and be recommended by an ARRL - affiliated club to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to Texas residents living in the metropolitan areas of Austin, Kerrville, and San Antonio.
