Description
The Bethany Shay Green Memorial Scholarship is open to graduating seniors at Westminster High School. You must be a resident of Carroll County and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. You mus also have been involved in extracurricular and leadership activities to be eligible for this award. Female applicants must have participated in softball, volleyball or basketball at WHS; male applicants must have participated in a varsity sport.
