The Lawrence E. and Thelma J. Norrie Memorial Scholarship is available to licensed radio amateurs with HF privileges. You must have junior, senior, or graduate level status and a minimum GPA of 3.0. Also, you must be pursuing a degree in science or engineering to be eligible for this award.
