Description
The Rose Foundation Scholarship is open to students attending the University of California, San Diego. You must be a graduate of a San Diego County or Imperial County high school that is historically unrepresented at UC campuses. You must also demonstrate financial need and have a minimum 2.5 GPA to be eligible for this award.
