The John J. Mazur, Jr. Memorial 4-H Scholarship is open to current and former 4-H members in Carroll County. You must have been accepted or already be attending a college or post-secondary school and have carried a livestock or photography project in 4-H to be eligible for this award. Selection will be based on 4-H accomplishments and participation and also on academic standing.
