The Scott E. Shipley Memorial Career and Technology Scholarship is open to graduating seniors from Carroll County high schools. You must have attained your secondary school diploma from the Carroll County Career and Technology Center in diesel technology and be pursuing higher education studies in diesel technology. You must also demonstrate exemplary character and have participated in community or school service to be eligible for this award.
