Description
The Beverly C. and Ruth Blowers Memorial Scholarship is available to freshmen students entering Minot State University. You must be a resident of the Makoti area and a graduate of North Shore High School. You must also demonstrate financial need, character, desire to obtain a degree and good citizenship to be eligible for this award. Preference will be given to relatives of the Blowers family.
