Description
The John S. Shropshire Memorial Scholarship is available to second semester freshmen and sophomores, juniors and seniors at Clarion University with at least twelve earned credits . You must demonstrate financial need via the FAFSA form, have a minimum 3.0 GPA and have graduated from a Pennsylvania city public school. A typed essay, no longer than one page, is required on the topic, "How will you use your education to make the world a better place?"
