Description
The Thelma Hadley and Bernetta M. Smouse Memorial Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen at Frostburg State University. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be a graduate of Mt. Ridge High School and demonstrate financial need to be considered for this award. Preference is given to residents of Midland or Lonaconing. This scholarship is renewable provided you maintain a minimum 2.8 GPA.
