Description
The Occupational/Physical Therapy Scholarship is open to students who have been accepted or are currently enrolled in an accredited school of occupational or physical therapy (including art or music therapy). You must obtain a letter of sponsorship from your local Daughters of the American Revolution chapter to be considered for this award. Your state scholarship chairman will assist in locating the chapter nearest you. You must write to the NSDAR by postal mail (address is listed on the sponsor's site) to obtain this information.
