Description
The Tomas Rivera Endowed Scholarship is available to full-time students at the University of Texas at San Antonio who have completed at least 60 semester hours. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be a resident of San Antonio or South Texas, demonstrate financial need, be a first generation college student and be fluent in a language other than English to be considered for this award.
