The George Dixie Heighway Scholarship is open to undergraduate and graduate students at Indiana University. You must be an outstanding student who is doing a creditable job in the classroom, be interested in participating in outside activities, be enthusiastic for all affairs of IU, and possess the ability to be useful and of aid through the years to Indiana University.
