Description
The Rawlins Scholarship is available to incoming freshmen at the University of South Dakota. The scholarship is awarded to the highest ranking senior from each of the following high schools: Aberdeen Central and Roncalli; Brandon Valley; Brookings; Huron; Mitchell; Rapid City Central and Stevens; Sioux Falls Lincoln, O'Gorman, Roosevelt and Washington; Vermillion; Watertown; Yankton.
