The Leodies "Lee" Adams Memorial Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen at California State University - Bakersfield. You must have a minimum 3.25 GPA, demonstrate financial need and academic achievement, and be a resident of the Kern High School District to be considered for this award. Special consideration will be granted to graduates of the Project B.E.S.T. program.
