The Margaret King Gibbs Scholarship is open to graduate students at California State University, San Bernardino. You must be enrolled in the Master of Public Administration degree program to be considered for this award. This scholarship is based on your academic record and an outstanding research project and/or papers completed as part of the requirement for the degree.
