Description
The Will Backes Alumni Scholarship is available to entering freshmen at Itasca Community College. You must be the child, grandchild, great-grandchild or spouse of an ICC alumnus (defined as anyone who attended IJC, ISJC, ICC, IC-ACC or ICC-ACCR and completed 48 quarter or the equivalent). Additionally, you must provide one recommendation from a teacher, counselor, employer or clergy to be eligible for this award.
