Elmer C. Spear Scholarship

Description

The Elmer C. Spear Scholarship is open to entering freshmen at the University of Toledo. You must enroll in the College of Business Administration and be a graduate of a high school in Auglaize County, Ohio, to be considered of this award. You must also demonstrate financial need and academic achievement, and have had no involvement as a player in inter-school athletic programs.
