Description

The Ruth Vanamburg James Scholarship is available to sophomores at Southeast Missouri State University. You must be majoring in English and be a graduate of a Cape Girardeau County high school to be eligible for this award. You must also have a minimum 2.5 GPA overall and a minimum 3.0 GPA in English classes. Financial need will also be considered.
