Description
The Frank O'Bannon Grant is open to high school graduates and GED recipients who attend or plan to attend an eligible Indiana post-secondary institution as full-time undergraduate students. To be considered for this award, you must be an Indiana resident, demonstrate financial need and file a FAFSA by March 10 (which precedes the academic year you plan to enroll). You must also be U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen to qualify for this award.
