Description
The President's Scholarship Program is available to incoming freshmen at West Hill College with a minimum GPA of 3.5 and no grade of "D" or below. You must also be a California Scholastic Federation (CFS) member in good standing for two years. To retain this award, you must be enrolled for a minimum of 12 units and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.2.
