Description
The Donna Stelzer Cooper Memorial Scholarship is available to non-traditional, full-time female students at Oklahoma Panhandle State University. You must be a resident of Oklahoma, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, have completed 60 semester hours, and be at least 26 years of age to qualify for this award. A letter stating financial need is also required.
