Description
The Novo Nordisk Donnelly Award is available to students between the ages of 16 and 21 who are living with diabetes. You must play tennis competitively in tournaments, high school, or college to be eligible for this award. You must also demonstrate strong personal character values, sportsmanship, and community involvement.
