Description
The William E. Barto Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from public and private high schools in either Duluth or Superior who will attend the University of Minnesota, Duluth; or the University of Wisconsin, Superior. You must be in the top 25 percent of your high school class and demonstrate financial need to be eligible for this renewable award.
