Description
The Arkansas Single Parent Scholarship is available to residents of Arkansas, or Bowie County, TX, who are single heads of households. You must be a single parent with custodial care of a child who is a minor, be eligible for federal financial aid, have a minimum GPA of 2.0, and not have previously earned a four-year degree to be eligible for this award.
