The NICSA/ William T. Blackwell Scholarship is available to full - time third - year students who are the dependent children of full - time employees of member companies of National Investment Company Service Association. Selection will be based on academic record, potential to succeed, leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, financial need, a statement of educational and career goals, unusual personal or family circumstances, and a recommendation.
