Description
The Mary Elizabeth Hanks Barrington Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who will be attending University of South Florida or University of Tampa. You must be a resident of Hillsborough County, plan on majoring in education, and have at least a 2.5 GPA. You must also demonstrate community service, school involvement, leadership, and character to be considered for this award.
