Description
The Pocomoke City Area Health Care Scholarship is available to students enrolled in the health care program at Wor-Wic Community College. You must have completed at least 15 credit hours toward completion of the program, demonstrate financial need, and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0. Preference is given to residents of Worcester, Somerset, or Accomack County, MD; second preference goes toward residents of Wicomico County. Also, you must plan to work in one of the above counties on the Lower Eastern Shore for one year after graduation to be eligible for this award.
